Forklift Operator – Mill Factory | Northam WA

Chandler Macleod are currently looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy mill factory in Northam. This role offers consistent, long-term work with a strong opportunity to transition into permanent full-time employment.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
Enjoy early finishes at the end of the week with a stable schedule.

Pay Rate
$33.85 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Safe and efficient forklift operation
  • Loading and unloading pallets from trucks.
  • Moving stock and finished products around the site
  • Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties
  • Following all safety procedures and site requirements
Requirements
  • Valid LF Forklift Licence
  • Previous forklift experience in a warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Reliable with a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
