Family Medicine w/Obstetrics | Northeastern Iowa | Up to 400K Perm Base

An award-winning not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital seeks an FMOB to join their newly renovated clinic housing an established, collegial team in northeastern Iowa due to growth:

• 4-day workweek, outpatient only (plus deliveries at the hospital)
• Low clinic patient volume of 12-15 per day with a focus on quality of care
• Surgical OB optional and not required with robust specialty support including General Surgeons and CRNA
• Specialty interests are encouraged and can be supported
• Experienced nursing and support staff including a dedicated medical assistant
• IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
• J1 and H1B candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation Package:
• Up to $400,000 permanent base salary
• Total year-one package up to $560,000+ including: up to $120,000 in onboarding incentives, potential for RVU production and annual quality bonus, relocation assistance, inhouse student loan assistance, residency stipend, and more!
