Monday to Friday | Rotating Shifts (6:00am–2:00pm & 2:00pm–10:00pm)

Are you an experienced Production Team Leader, Line Leader or Senior Production Operative looking for your next challenge?

We're looking for a hands-on Production Line Leader to join a busy manufacturing team in Desborough. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a production line, lead a team, and play a key role in achieving production, quality and safety targets.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and motivating a production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitoring production performance and addressing any issues that could affect output.
• Maintaining product traceability and completing all production documentation accurately.
• Supporting the training and development of new and existing team members.
• Assisting with the development of staff skills and maintaining a skills matrix.
• Reducing waste and improving production efficiency.
• Promoting a strong health and safety culture across the production line.
• Working closely with Production and Quality teams to ensure customer specifications are met.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Production Line Leader, Team Leader or Supervisor within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• The ability to motivate and develop a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety and quality procedures within manufacturing.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Weekly shifts:
  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • OR
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm
