Looking for your next leadership opportunity? we're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Carrollton, TX!

📍 Location: Carrollton, TX
💲 Pay: $30- $33/hour (Based on experience)
🕒 Monday–Friday Schedule (weekend as needed)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

  • Ensure materials are available to support production schedules.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and an organized warehouse.

  • Supervise, train, and support a small warehouse team.

  • Coordinate outbound shipments and incoming deliveries.

  • Assist with facility maintenance and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of warehouse experience, with previous leadership or management experience preferred.

  • Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
