What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contact patients via phone to book appointments through the medical record system
- Great organizational and multi-tasking skills needed - very large volume of referrals and will be booking for three different disciplines (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy)
- Managing appointment scheduling and cancellation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service while meeting performance standards
- Analyze, organize, prioritize, and manage time and workflow to meet work demands in a busy, complex environment
- Direct or transfer calls to appropriate areas
- Provide extraordinary customer relations and quality service
- Operate in a high volume environment
- Maintain employee health records (using EPIC)
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Need to abide by healthcare privacy laws and be courteous
- 2 Step TB (PPD) - one within the last 2 years and 1 within the past 90 days or yearly QuantiFERON Gold
- Proof of immunization/titer records for: MMR and Varicella
- Yearly Flu Shot
- Yearly physical
- Strong organizational skills and good at multi-tasking
