We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Audit Operations and Administration Manager to support an impressive Chief Audit Executive. You will play an integral part in leading a mix of Audit Operations and Administration duties.
This will be an initial 6-month contract, either full time or part-time (4 days per week) with a high likelihood to go permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Administration duties
-Provide confidential executive and administrative support to senior leaders.
-Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and executive correspondence.
-Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing materials.
-Coordinate board and committee meetings, ensuring timely distribution of papers and follow-up actions.
-Manage confidential documentation and maintain accurate records.
-Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Operations, Governance & Business Improvement duties
-Design and implement automated business processes within existing systems, delivering measurable time and cost savings.
-Partner with technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to deliver end-to-end system and process improvements, including requirements gathering, solution design, funding proposals, user acceptance testing, implementation and change support.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, data quality and analytical capability.
-Develop operational reporting, workforce (FTE) analysis and performance dashboards for senior leadership and governance committees.
-Produce balanced scorecards, KPIs and KRIs that provide meaningful business insights and support strategic decision-making.
-Prepare and contribute high-quality content for board and committee papers.
-Develop and maintain SharePoint, Teammate and Archer sites and other knowledge management resources to improve information accessibility and self-service.
-Review, rewrite and maintain operational procedures, policies and documentation to ensure compliance with current -Australian standards and organisational requirements.
-Maintain exceptional standards of data accuracy, record integrity and administrative governance across business systems.
-Support innovation initiatives, including the application of AI and predictive analytics to improve business outcomes.
You will be an organised, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to balance executive support with operational and project responsibilities. Experience working with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, governance or workflow platforms will be advantageoues. A continuous improvement mindset with exceptional organisational, confidential and time management skills are required.
