You'll be responsible for coordinating service and maintenance works, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the moment a request comes in through to final completion.
- Managing maintenance, warranty and defect requests across multiple projects
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed on time
- Scheduling appointments, site visits and service works
- Monitoring job progress and troubleshooting any delays or scheduling clashes
- Keeping clients updated and providing a positive customer experience throughout the process
- Processing purchase orders, variations and service documentation
- Working closely with supervisors and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery
For We're seeking someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a busy environment where communication is key.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling, construction administration or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and trades
- Experience using Aroflo or comparable job management software
- A solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple jobs while maintaining accuracy
