What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

As an Order Selector, you play a vital role in keeping the morning supply chain moving smoothly:

• Order Selection: Accurately locate, pull, and stage inventory using picking sheets or systems to prepare for early morning deliveries.

• Material Movement: Efficiently load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing cargo trailers and containers.

• Palletizing: Build structurally safe, clean, and shrink-wrapped pallets to prevent any product damage during transport.

• Sanitation & Safety: Uphold an immaculate, organized work zone that meets high food-grade facility safety standards.

• Night Shift Focus: You actively prefer a 6:00 PM start time and keep a high level of focus during overnight hours.

• Physical Conditioning: You excel in active, physically demanding environments and can comfortably lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
