Assembly Technician Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations according to work instructions and quality requirements
  • Use fixtures and equipment to assemble components accurately and efficiently
  • Use precision measuring devices (as required) to verify product specifications
  • Operate and safely use a variety of hand tools and power tools
  • Consistently meet or exceed production schedules, deadlines, and quality expectations
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety rules and procedures

Assembly Technician Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and following standard operating procedures
  • Ability to:
    • Bend, stoop, lift, and move objects
    • Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
    • Stand on anti-fatigue matting and walk on concrete continuously throughout a 10-hour shift
