Apply directPeople2people is partnering with an established transport and logistics company to recruit an experienced 3PL Operations Administration Manager.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end warehouse operations administration across multiple sites, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and operational efficiency to support business outcomes.
The Role
- As the 3PL Operations Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: end-to-end operational administration across warehouse sites, including reporting, documentation, compliance, and data integrity across systems
- monitoring, managing, and reporting operational performance against KPIs and SLAs
- managing billing, revenue capture, and invoicing, while identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- acting as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on operational matters, service levels, and performance reporting
- leading and managing a small administration team, driving performance and accountability
About You
- To be successful in this role, you will bring: proven experience in operational administration within 3PL, logistics, or warehouse operations (multi-client operations highly desirable)
- strong understanding of reporting, billing, and operational administration processes
- demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- effective people leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage performance
