The Role

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of a busy fast-food restaurant.
  • Manage, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive customer service, food quality and operational standards.
  • Manage staffing, rostering, stock, waste and labour costs.
  • Monitor sales, margins and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure HACCP, food safety and compliance standards are maintained.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years' management experience in food service, hospitality, retail or quick-service restaurants.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and commercial skills.
  • Hands-on, customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High energy, organised and results-driven.
