Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles
- Support recruitment and workforce mobilisation processes, including candidate tracking and onboarding documentation.
- Develop position descriptions with hiring managers
- Develop recruitment plans that attract quality candidates through direct sourcing, advertising, talent pipelines, referrals and networking.
- Complete recruitment administration, including records, trackers, references, pre-employment checks and offer coordination
- Partner with the People & Culture team to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Improve recruitment processes, reporting, systems and candidate experience as the business continues to evolve.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a talent acquisition role
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines and levels.
- Experience recruiting white collar, technical roles
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using Employment Hero is an advantage
