Why This Opportunity Stands Out
One of the biggest reasons candidates succeed here is the Project Manager you'll be working with. Kevin is a straight-shooter who values honesty over exaggeration. If there's an area of fiber where you're still developing your skills, be upfront about it. He's much more interested in finding technicians with a strong foundation, a great attitude, and the eagerness to learn than someone who claims to know everything.
In fact, he's currently training one of our technicians who was completely transparent during the interview about where he needed additional experience. If you're strong in pulling and terminating but have only limited fusion splicing experience—or vice versa—we still encourage you to apply. If you have the fundamentals and the desire to grow, this team will invest in you.
