Talent Coordinator

The Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join a respected mining client based in Southbank. This temp ongoing position plays a key part in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to grow their career within mining. 


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Prepare contracts, offer documentation, and onboarding packs
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records in internal systems
• Liaise with hiring managers and external providers to support recruitment activity
• Manage inboxes, reporting, and general administration for the Talent Acquisition team
• Assist with booking in and tracking of medicals for candidates 
• Contribute to process improvement and candidate experience initiatives

About You:

• Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR, or a similar coordination role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Friendly, professional, and adaptable within a team setting
• Experience within recruitment in a construction, mining or heavy industrial industry
