Mandarin and English-Speaking Architectural Designer / PM (Retail projects) - Hong Kong
My client is a specialist architectural and interior design studio working on retail related projects.
They are looking for Revit capable designers and project managers for projects they are working on with retail brands.
The have roles in their project team for designers who will help in defining architectural / interior design solutions. You will the ability to develop concept designs through to design development and on into construction packages. The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 2-3 years related working experience for architectural / interior projects with some retail project experience
You will be able to handle full sets of tender / construction drawings and maintain a project schedule, coordinate and monitor site progress and lead coordination meetings with the Consultants and Clients.
Strong software skills including REVIT with a good knowledge and interest in construction details.
Written and spoken English and spoken Putonghua is essential
Professional qualifications / experience preferred
A recognised degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Min 2-3 years related working experience
Interest in working on retail and store development projects
Good project management skills.
Ability to follow a project from concept through to completion with minimal guidance.
They are happy to support HK visa process if required for the right candidate.
Salary around 40K HKD per month
