Apply directAs a Finance Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for a range of financial and administrative functions, including:
- Processing invoices and ensuring payments are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Processing and managing prisoners’ payments.
- Administering accused costs and related financial transactions.
- Responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Identifying and following up outstanding matters to help prevent processing backlogs.
- Providing general financial administration and support to the broader team as required.
You will ideally demonstrate:
- Experience in accounts, finance or financial administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage high-volume transactions and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential financial information.
Required:
- NPC within 6 months
- Resident / no visa restrictions
- 2 x work related references
