Real Estate Representative

LOCATION: Within 50 Miles of Juno Beach, FL

SCHEDULE: Standard Office Hours (EST)

DURATION: 12-Month Contract

PAY: $27-31/hr

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support large-scale transmission and infrastructure projects by managing land acquisition processes, improving operational workflows, and coordinating across multiple business functions. You will serve as a subject matter expert on land acquisition operations while driving process improvements and ensuring projects move efficiently from development through operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, documenting, and improving land acquisition workflows and standard operating procedures.
  • Standardizing processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance team productivity.
  • Collaborating with Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Supporting land acquisition activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reviewing title documentation and public records to verify ownership and support agreement preparation.
  • Managing land agreement requests, tracking project data, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Developing training materials and supporting team adoption of standardized processes.
  • Assisting with reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Essential Duties and Job Functions:

  • Develop, document, and maintain land acquisition procedures, workflows, and training materials.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
  • Translate complex land acquisition processes into clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Coordinate activities across Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve workflow issues.
  • Maintain accurate land acquisition records within Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Review title documentation to verify ownership and legal descriptions.
  • Prepare and quality-check easements, options, and other land agreement requests.
  • Generate reports and maintain data accuracy across multiple systems.
  • Support land acquisition activities from project development through operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare project documentation, and track deliverables.
  • Deliver training and process guidance to internal team members.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of land acquisition processes and real estate operations.
  • Experience reviewing title documents, legal descriptions, and ownership records.
  • Working knowledge of easements, options, land contracts, and agreement structures.
  • Excellent process documentation and workflow development skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar workflow management systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong document management experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in land acquisition, title research, real estate operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end land acquisition for transmission, energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience reviewing title research and preparing land agreements.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM/workflow management platforms.
  • Experience developing process documentation and delivering training preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a real estate or contracts paralegal.
  • Background as a land acquisition agent or land documentation specialist.
  • Experience with land management software and GIS systems.
  • Knowledge of county parcel data tools and eminent domain processes.
  • Experience supporting utility, energy, transmission, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs.
