We have partnered with a National Tier 1 builder to assist in sourcing an experienced Senior EHS Advisor  to join one of their upcoming projects. Our client has a solid reputation of delivering  major buildings projects across Australia. Current projects are based south of the river delivering Highrise structures. 

If you're looking for the next step in your career or a new project, this would be an excellent opportunity to work on a project with excellent safety systems and structure. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
  • Support in environmental reporting processes, providing technical insight – experience advantageous but not essential
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum Cert IV WHS. 
  • Previous experience supporting commercial construction and civil construction projects
  • Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
