Business Analyst - Strategy, Data & IT Consulting

• $100,000–$120,000 + super, dependent on experience
• Brisbane CBD based office with WFH hybrid arrangement

About the company:
Our client is an expert in their field, specialising in business advisory and consulting, in IT and data. They are highly regarded and work with a range of private and public sector organisations. This is an opportunity for you to bring your business analysis skills and strategic mindset (or existing consulting experience) to help enhance capability across their clients' organisations. You'll contribute to a range of IT-based projects and programs, working on strategic ICT plans and business plans, alongside a team of genuine experts in their field.

About the role:

• Your job is professional problem solving. Our client's customers come to them to solve their most challenging problems.
• You'll join as a mid-senior level Business Analyst on a permanent basis, with a clear runway to grow into a consulting career.
• You'll support a Project Manager and a team of Business Analysts across analysis, documentation, and delivery on projects for enterprise organisations.
• Engage with stakeholders, review processes, and identify, analyse and interpret opportunities to land on the best solution for each project.
• Bring together business and technology skills to strategise, plan and execute projects of varying size and complexity.
• Work as a consultant across: Information Management & Data Strategy, Strategy & Business Advisory, Governance & Security.

Skills & experience:

• Minimum 3+ years working as a Business Analyst or consultant 
• A Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business or similar
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational, problem solving and coordination skills
• Excellent relationship management and engagement skills
