About the Role
As a Replenishment Associate, you will be responsible for replenishing inventory to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will operate order pickers at heights up to 36 feet, perform inventory counts, report discrepancies, and assist in maintaining smooth warehouse operations. The role is vital for keeping products organized and available, directly impacting customer satisfaction.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

• Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
• 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory in designated locations, ensuring stock accuracy
• Operate order pickers at heights up to 36 feet safely and following all safety protocols
• Report inventory discrepancies and equipment faults
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and performance standards
• Ensure proper documentation and verification of stock

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience operating order pickers, including at heights up to 36 feet
• Ability to lift 10-50 pounds and push/pull up to 60 pounds
• Reliable transportation and a verified location in Columbus, OH
• Flexible for 12-hour day shifts on weekends
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude
