We’re looking for an early‑career Site Supervisor ready to step up and take ownership of a clean, well‑structured run across Scarborough, Wembley Downs and Duncraig.
You’ll be supported by an experienced Construction Manager and given the training you need to grow into a confident, independent supervisor.
This role suits someone with WA residential construction experience (trades, leading hand, scheduling and estimating) who’s ready to move into site management.

- Ensuring each home progresses smoothly through each stage
- Representing the builder professionally on site
