Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care and support
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Monitor and document patient behaviors and condition changes
• Assist with mental health and behavioral health interventions
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, custody, and interdisciplinary staff
• Follow facility policies and correctional healthcare protocols
