- Support retail and investor clients across Project and the occasional Custom Home builds
- Keep clients informed with clear and timely updates throughout the Preconstruction process
- Liaise and track jobs with internal staff across multiple departments

- 1+ years of experience working as a Preconstruction Coordinator for a residential builder
- Excellent customer service, time management and attention to detail skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to your work
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach to your work
- A builder who invests in your professional growth
- A company you are proud to represent
- Full time, with Part time considered
- Monday to Friday with flexible working hours considered
