Job Title: Solution Consultant – Digital Transformation Group (DXG)

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solution Consultant to support our rapidly growing Digital Transformation Group (DXG). In this critical role, the Solution Consultant will work closely with the sales team to understand customer business goals and to identify, validate, and design solutions related to cloud, data, AI, and hyper-automation. You will lead the DXG technical team to design and successfully implement customized solutions by leveraging advanced technologies. This role requires expertise in cloud technologies, data architecture, and analytics, as well as strong consulting and communication skills to effectively engage with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with account managers to identify customer needs, design proposals, and follow business opportunities through to closing.

  • Participate in all business and technical meetings, identifying the best solutions to address customer challenges.

  • Collaborate with clients to formulate engagement strategies that solve real business problems.

  • Approach new prospects with account managers to promote FPT Software's services in cloud, data, AI, and hyper-automation, and generate leads.

  • Lead and coordinate complex, high-value proposals with DXG team members and FPT service units.

  • Act as a bridge between customers and FPT experts in cloud, data, AI, and hyper-automation, addressing business and technical needs.

  • Provide training on our digital transformation portfolio to regional account managers and presales teams.

  • Responsible for documenting and reporting customer opportunities and activities using CRM tools.
