This Highly specific mandate is designed for those ready to come home and channel that experience, network and leadership into one high-impact, market-defining assignment — a genuine capstone role. You will have lead international Pharma businesses at senior commercial level and had established GM experience - or scaled diverse markets with a significance on public health matters, you may have even been part of one of the recent Top MNC innovative spin offs or lead established medicines in an emerging market focus.

– Full general management accountability for an extensive operation spanning all areas of Philippines healthcare for medicines, with a clear mandate to widen access to affordable healthcare across the Philippines.

– A front-line and — with demonstrated proximity to field force, key opinion leaders, healthcare partners and patients, rather than a disconnected, reporting-led role.

– The chance to shape the broader affordable-healthcare access agenda for one of Southeast Asia's largest and fastest-growing markets.

– Genuine autonomy and long-term runway to build, reset and reinvigorate a commercial organisation — this is a builder's mandate, not a caretaker role.

The Person

– International Filipino nationals at General manager level or Philippines-market experience over seas — wherever currently based — with a demonstrated track record at General Manager, Country Manager or President level in pharmaceutical, healthcare or affordable-medicines businesses.

– A track record spanning both innovative and established ethical portfolios, with a genuine, credible commitment to improving access to affordable healthcare.

– Deep, current networks across the Philippines healthcare and pharmaceutical community; prior leadership involvement with industry bodies is a strong plus.

– Leaders who see this as a defining, legacy-building chapter of their career — not simply a lateral move — and who are ready to anchor their expertise back into the Philippines market for the long term.

– A build and turnaround identity: energised by stabilising, re-strategizing and resetting commercial teams, and motivated by ground-level impact over administrative management.
