Foreman

An established developer-builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality residential developments is seeking an experienced Foreman to join the delivery team on a landmark high-rise project in West End.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities.

• Driving programme outcomes and maintaining short-term look-ahead planning.

• Ensuring works are completed safely and in accordance with project specifications.

• Monitoring quality and managing defect prevention throughout construction.

• Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and consultants to achieve key project milestones.

• Promoting a positive and productive site culture.

To be successful, you'll demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a Foreman delivering multi-storey residential or commercial projects.

• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, finishes and subcontractor management.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• A proactive, hands-on approach to site management.

• Commitment to safety, quality and programme delivery.
