(RCI) is proud to partner with the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (SWA) to help them add a skilled Systems Analyst to their Information Technology team. This in-office role is critical to deploying and securing the systems that keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Research, evaluate, and implement hardware and software solutions
- Deploy and maintain Microsoft Client/Server, Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Administer cybersecurity controls (endpoint protection, SIEM, NAC, IDS, vulnerability management, etc.)
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Troubleshoot, patch, and document systems and upgrades
- Partner with IT leadership, staff, and vendors to ensure reliable performance
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in IT systems, networking, or cybersecurity
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Server, Active Directory, Azure, O365, SCCM/WSUS)
- Experience with security controls and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid Florida Driver’s License required
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft, Cybersecurity, ITIL
