As a key member of the team, you will support category management initiatives by coordinating cross-functional projects, preparing business reports, tracking commercial deliverables, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, action items, and stakeholder meetings to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Prepare, consolidate, and maintain reports, business reviews, presentations, and project documentation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Finance, and Regulatory teams, as well as external vendors to support business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
- Track promotional submissions, product listing documentation, marketing plans, and other commercial deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative and operational support for category management activities, including data consolidation, meeting coordination, and follow-up on outstanding action items.
- Support key commercial initiatives, including product launches, roadshows, campaigns, and business projects within the Commercial Health portfolio.
- Assist in analysing business data and preparing reports to support decision-making and category performance reviews.
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain accurate project documentation where required.
- Relevant working experience in the Retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis, dashboard creation, or automated reporting will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving and coordination skills.
