Artist & Digital Marketing Manager- Hyrbid- NYC or LA

Yoh has an immediate, 12 month contract possible hire opportunity, as a Artist & Digital Marketing Manager within the Entertainment & Music industry to join our client, Hybrid, at their office in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA

• $35-40/hr. hourly rate
• 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
  • 4 days OnSite, 1 Remote
• 5-7 years of music industry marketing experience with a track record of managing artist campaigns, social media strategy, digital marketing initiatives, and music releases.

***Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983***

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and execute artist marketing campaigns from planning through release.
• Develop and implement social media, digital marketing, and DSP (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music) strategies.
• Partner with artists, managers, and internal teams to build and grow artist brands.
• Manage content rollouts and marketing assets to support music releases.
• Identify digital trends and opportunities to increase artist engagement and audience growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with content creators, influencers, and external partners.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and release activities to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative teams on content development and marketing initiatives.
• Stay current on emerging platforms, music trends, and best practices across the digital landscape

Who You Are

• HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant music industry marketing experience will be considered.
  
• 5-7 years of music industry marketing experience supporting artist campaigns, music releases, and brand development.
• Proven success executing digital marketing, social media, and streaming platform (DSP) campaigns.
• Deep understanding of platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and Discord.
• Experience partnering with artists, managers, content creators, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify trends and develop engaging marketing strategies.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of content creation, influencer partnerships, and audience growth strategies.
• Adobe Creative Suite and/or design experience preferred.
