JR. Product Manager

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company. Our respected client is seeking a Junior Product Manager to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for its assigned pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand growth, supporting sales objectives, and implementing effective marketing initiatives in collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to drive brand growth and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market performance, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
• Manage marketing plans, budgets, forecasts, and promotional activities for assigned products.
• Develop and prepare marketing materials, product presentations, and promotional tools aligned with brand objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other key stakeholders.
• Support and train the sales team to strengthen product knowledge and effective execution of marketing strategies.
• Analyze sales and market data to support forecasting, performance tracking, and business planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all marketing activities.
• Conduct field visits and market activities to gather market insights and better understand customer needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field; Pharmacy is highly preferred. Management-related courses may also be considered.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in Product Management or Brand Management is highly preferred.
• Experience handling or supporting branded generic products is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to Pain Management / Analgesics, Prescription (Rx), CNS, Psychology-related, or Pain Generic products is an advantage.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative and capable of developing effective marketing and promotional materials.
• Willing to participate in both office-based activities and fieldwork.

Work Setup

• Monday to Friday
• 60% Office-based / 40% Fieldwork
• Combination of office-based marketing activities, meetings, and field visits.

Location: Pasig City, Philippines
Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Office-based and Fieldwork
