Title: Senior Project Manager
Contract: 12 months + likely extension

Key responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large-scale HCMS projects, managing scope, timelines, risks and dependencies
  • Drive project planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement
  • Manage resources, vendors, recruitment and service transition/hypercare
  • Provide strong team leadership, coaching and delivery in high‑pressure environments
  • Demonstrate expertise in SAP/HCMS implementations, PRINCE2/MS Project and strong communication skills
