We're currently seeking motivated and reliable Housepersons to become an integral part of our ahs hospitality team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hotel environment, take pride in supporting hotel operations, and have experience in a 4 or 5-star setting, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the housekeeping team by delivering linen, amenities, and guest supplies throughout the hotel.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, service areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Assisting Room Attendants with guest requests and operational support.
• Collecting and disposing of waste and recyclable materials safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring housekeeping storage areas remain clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Assisting with furniture movement, special cleaning projects, and other housekeeping duties as required.

What You Bring to the Table

• Hotel Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, public area cleaning, or a Houseperson role is highly regarded.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual handling tasks and work efficiently in a physically active role.
• Attention to Detail: Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Communication Skills: Work effectively with fellow team members, supervisors, and hotel management.
• Time Management Expertise: Stay organised and productive throughout your shift.
• Safety-First Approach: Understanding of safe work practices and manual handling procedures.
• Flexibility is Key: Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Customer Service Excellence: Professional presentation and a positive attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
