Sr. Product Manager - Payments (Bilingual)

A fast-growing hospitality SaaS company is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – Payments to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of its global payment platform supporting hotels across Japan and international markets.

Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap
- Gather business requirements and prioritize features
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver products
- Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback
- Manage stakeholders and communicate progress and priorities
- Ensure successful product launches and continuous improvements

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience delivering B2B or B2B2C SaaS products
- Strong experience with payment products or fintech platforms
- Knowledge of payment gateways, digital wallets, PCI compliance, fraud prevention, risk management, and multi-currency payment environments
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
