Title: Radar Test Engineer
Job Type: Contract (W2 Only)

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr

About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in the Automotive Technology industry, is looking for a skilled Radar Test Engineer to join their team for a 6 months engagement. This project involves vehicle testing and setup development to validate Radar firmware and next-generation enclosures. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

• Schedule and coordinate structured and unstructured vehicle testing for Radar Firmware validation and Next Generation Radar evaluation.
• Follow up on all logistics and arrangements for test campaigns.
• Handle warranty returns to Radar suppliers.
• Assist with Thermal testing to validate new trim and enclosures.
• Develop Radar test setups, including gimbal and test automation scripts.

Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:

• Undergraduate degree with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with working on Linux systems and ethernet systems.
• An organized mindset and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
• Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scripting with Python or other automation tools.
• Exposure to testing autonomous vehicle hardware systems.

W2 only (No C2C or 1099 contractors)
