What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating the entire bid process from initial opportunity through to final submission
- Writing, editing and proofreading tender submissions, EOIs, prequalification documents and presentations
- Working closely with Business Development, Estimating and Project teams
- Customising submissions to align with each client's unique requirements
- Managing deadlines and keeping multiple stakeholders on track
- Creating visually engaging bid documents using Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintaining content libraries, templates and knowledge resources
- A strong writer who knows how to engage a business audience
- Organised, proactive and deadline-driven
- Naturally detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Creative enough to think outside the box and create submissions that stand out
- A strong communicator who builds relationships easily
- Comfortable working across multiple projects at once
