I'm currently partnering with a highly respected boutique residential builder that has been delivering exceptional extensions, renovations and bespoke homes across Melbourne for more than 20 years.
Known for their quality craftsmanship, strong client relationships and collaborative culture, they're continuing to grow and are looking to appoint a Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of their residential projects.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working on high-quality residential builds and is looking for genuine career progression. Working closely with the Director and Operations Manager, you'll gain exposure across all facets of the business with a clear pathway towards Project Management.

The Role:
Supporting projects from commencement through to completion, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing contracts, purchase orders and project documentation.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspections and material orders.
- Assisting with project budgets, progress claims and client variations.
- Maintaining construction programs and project records.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, trades and suppliers throughout each project.
- Assisting with the continual improvement of systems and processes.
- Working alongside senior management to further develop your construction knowledge and project delivery skills.
About You:
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar construction role.
- Residential construction experience, ideally across renovations, extensions or custom homes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and solve problems.
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career within residential construction.
