The Role
Stellar Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning civil contractor to appoint a Senior Project Manager to look after the delivery of three waters projects within their Northland team.
This is an engineer led, pride of work kind of contractor, consistently delivering technically demanding civil infrastructure, across water and wastewater to roading, bridges, geothermal and solar.
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll run 3 Waters delivery whilst continuing to develop a high performing team around you.

You’ll be involved in:
- Leading complex 3 Waters projects across the upper North Island
- Managing programme, commercial performance, quality and project risk
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Leading project teams and subcontractors as well as mentoring Site Engineers and fostering continued development
- Driving the standard for health, safety and environmental performance
- Proven experience delivering 3 Waters projects - highly advantageous
- Strong track record leading high-value, major projects
- Commercial acumen across programme, cost control and client management
- Solid leadership skills with a record of developing engineers and site teams
- A solutions first, can-do attitude and passion for delivering sustainable and beneficial projects to NZ's rural communities
