Are you an HR Business Partner who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, navigating complex people matters and contributing to meaningful organisational change?
We're partnering with a large, highly regarded organisation to recruit two HR Business Partners to join a collaborative People & Culture team. These roles offer exposure to strategic workforce planning, transformation projects, organisational change and complex employee relations matters within a large and diverse workforce while still having ownership of end-to-end hands-on delivery of HR generalist tasks.
The Opportunity
Reporting to a Senior People Partner, you'll provide strategic and operational HR advice to a diverse portfolio, partnering with leaders to deliver people initiatives and support business outcomes.
  • Providing trusted HR advice across the employee lifecycle
  • Managing complex employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances and workplace issues
  • Partnering and supporting leaders on workforce planning, organisational change, workforce transitions projects
  • Using workforce data and insights to support business decision-making
  • Coaching leaders to build capability and confidence in managing their teams
  • Contributing to policy, process improvement and strategic people initiatives
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across a complex and fast-paced environment.
About You
We're looking for an experienced HRBP or People Partner who can confidently operate in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Demonstrated HR Business Partner or People Partner experience
  • Strong employee relations and case management capability
  • Experience supporting organisational change and workforce planning initiatives
  • The ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication, influencing and coaching skills
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to people challenges
  • Experience working with large complex Australian based business models.
