About the Role

As Procurement Officer you will coordinate and refine sourcing activities across a number of key spend categories including MRO, Fleet and Fuel as well as Corporate Office / indirect spends. As part of a dynamic Finance & Procurement Team you will directly support the Fleet & Procurement Manager as well as providing detailed updates to the CFO whilst working collaboratively across key working relationships including State Managers and Safety Teams for example.

Key priorities for this role include procurement for goods and services, ensuring their suitability and compliance with safety and quality requirements. You will also review spend insights, ensure appropriate contract management and supplier engagement and procurement operations, governance and systems are functioning effectively.

About You

You will have proven procurement experience, having worked with a sourcing or contract management role and looking to develop your career further. You will be able to select appropriate sourcing methodologies, deciding between single source / buy, RFQ, RFT, RFP for example having worked across various categories of spend.

This role would suit a Strategic Sourcing Coordinator, Buyer, Procurement Officer, Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Manager or similar who is looking to develop their career and refine their source-to-contract & P2P Operations experience.
