Rare combination of immediate surgical volume, outstanding infrastructure, financial upside, and the ability to shape the future direction of a growing cardiovascular program.
• Growing program with immediate volume available due to recent retirements and market demand exceeding current capacity
• Flexible model allowing for 100% Cardiac or a mix of Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular procedures based on your preferences
• Work alongside a highly respected CT Surgery leader
• Turnkey practice with dedicated CT OR staff, experienced first assist support, advanced practice providers, dedicated surgical ICU coverage, and 24/7 anesthesia support
• Structured schedule with approximately 3 OR days and 1.5 clinic days weekly, plus a light shared call rotation supported by additional physician coverage
• High guaranteed salary, productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, student loan support, comprehensive benefits, and malpractice with tail coverage
