TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately pick and pack orders to meet productivity targets (100 picks per hour)
- Operate FR scanners for order selection
- Safely operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs)
- Follow warehouse processes, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for dispatch
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily goals
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred
- Confident using FR scanners and EPJs (or willing to receive training)
- Ability to consistently meet pick-rate targets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to Monday–Friday 6am–2pm hours
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a long-term team
