About the role
The Facilities Coordinator role involves supporting and monitoring the performance of a small team of multi-skilled operatives. You will develop relationships with key client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships and health and safety protocols
  • Assist in managing contractors to meet required standards
  • Support financial processes, including managing purchase orders and financial reporting
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and implement safety procedures
  • Assist in implementing property risk management and business continuity plans
  • Provide support for regular management reports and projects
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a confident attitude
  • Clean driving record required.
