Location: Brookfield, Wisconsin | This is primarily a local position with most travel consisting of day trips. Occasional overnight travel may be required, but it is expected to be less than once per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle by coordinating permits, material ordering, scheduling, site surveys, documentation, and pre-job submittals.
• Assist with project execution by reviewing bills of material, managing change orders, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and tracking project progress.
• Coordinate project closeout by processing warranties, preparing as-built documentation, reviewing test results, and completing post-project documentation and closeout requirements.
• Update and maintain customer information within our software systems.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information by updating company software systems and tracking project status within the CRM.
• Support project administration by assisting with RFP responses, invoicing, and billing processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring all projects are planned and executed in compliance with company and customer safety requirements.
• Follow project reporting processes to communicate project metrics and status to CC&N and customer stakeholders.
• Provide direction to Field Technicians on project-related activities and perform additional duties as needed to support successful project completion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Project Coordinator experience (low voltage, structured cabling, telecommunications, construction, or related industry preferred)
• Experience supporting commercial construction or low-voltage projects is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/project management software
• Experience coordinating schedules, materials, project documentation, invoicing, billing, change orders, and project tracking
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents
• Industry certifications such as BICSI, RCDD, PMP, or manufacturer-specific certifications are a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting Project Managers, Field Technicians, customers, and internal teams
• Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin and work in active construction environments, including lifting up to 75 lbs., climbing ladders, working overhead, crawling, and standing or sitting for extended periods
