Post construction manager - Builder Developer

This role suits an experienced construction / project manager who takes pride in quality, is comfortable operating in complex environments and enjoys solving problems collaboratively. 

You're a calm, methodical professional who is comfortable infront of stakeholders at all levels.  

General responsibilities:

• Lead post-completion activities including defects management, remedial works and statutory obligations
• Monitor quality and compliance
• Build strong relationships with project teams, consultants, legal representatives, strata and building managers
• Support customer-facing teams to ensure efficient and high-quality defect resolution
• Manage remedial trade engagement, cost control, reporting and process improvement

Your background:

• 7+ years’ experience within construction or project management
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of remedial works, quality assurance and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholders and navigate complex challenges
