Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support plant operations by managing capital projects ranging from ~$10K to $5MM. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams and contractors to execute projects safely, on schedule, and within budget in a PSM and GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects from concept through execution
• Develop scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring PSM and GMP compliance
• Track milestones and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee contractor performance, safety, and engineering standards
• Support operations, engineering, and maintenance teams
• Participate in technical and safety reviews (P&IDs, HAZOPs, PHAs, Mechanical Integrity)

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering (Chemical preferred)
• 4 years of engineering or project experience
• Exposure to capital projects in manufacturing or chemical environments preferred
• Working knowledge of cGMP and process improvement concepts
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, safety-focused approach

• Operates with general supervision and day-to-day autonomy
