Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with multiresidential project experience?

Join a very well-established head contractor on a new development. Join during design and preconstruction, then move across to the delivery of the $150M project. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
  • Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
  • Lead and mentor your well-resourced team; engineers, multiple CAs, Site Manager, & multiple Foremen.
  • Work closely with repeat clients and subcontractors. 
About You:
  • Proven experience as a PM or SPM. 
  • MUST have experience & a passion for apartment new build projects $80M+.
