Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, and project management in a manufacturing environment
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized, focused, and results-oriented
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Change Management certification
- Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- Preferred experience level: 5+ years delivering process improvement and operations-focused project work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows and identify improvement opportunities based on impact and feasibility
- Willingness to collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and root causes
- Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders, define success criteria, and drive execution
- Ability to develop and implement action plans with deliverables, outcome indicators, and performance-measured indicators
- Support implementation by communicating expectations to production staff and reinforcing lean principles using change management techniques
- Monitor and support solution implementation to ensure objectives and benefits are achieved
