Role Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our agency for casual shifts across various healthcare settings in the Grafton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to work in different clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a range of healthcare settings.
• Perform clinical assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Administer medications, manage wounds, and provide other clinical procedures as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards of practice.

Requirements:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to different healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
