We’re seeking Senior HR Advisor to join a site-based teams in the Dysart region, supporting a large mining operations with practical HR advice, hands-on support, and room to grow.

You’ll work closely with the HR superintendent on site. This is a great opportunity for someone already based in the Bowen Basin, looking to step into a more autonomous role and also grow your career while still having strong HR leadership around you.
  
What you’ll be doing:
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to supervisors and team leads
  • Support and coordinate investigations, performance processes, and compliance matters
  • Help drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
  • Maintain HR documentation and assist with reporting/metrics
  • Support employee engagement and people systems improvement
  • Liaise with corporate HR and Talent teams for alignment
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous HR experience in mining or industrial environments
  • Comfortable working onsite and independently when needed
  • Understanding of award interpretation and Fair Work obligations
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
