What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Order Selection: Accurately locate, pull, and stage inventory using picking sheets or RF scanners to prepare food products for early morning shipment.

• Pallet Wrapping & Stacking: Securely stack, wrap, and stage clean pallets to ensure products remain safe and undamaged during transit.

• Material Handling: Assist with loading and unloading incoming containers and outbound cargo trailers.

• Facility Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace that meets strict food-grade safety guidelines.

What It Takes to Succeed (Requirements):

• Overnight Stamina: Full commitment to a 5:00 or 6 PM night shift while maintaining excellent energy and focus.

• Physical Strength: Comfortable handling physically demanding work and lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.

• Perfect Punctuality: Outstanding attendance record. Because distribution trucks run on tight schedules, arriving on time is critical.
